You are correct Autodesk Revit is definitely the dominant format in the USA. Other Countries seem to be following a similar trend (especially Asia). However other platforms such as ArchiCAD are very strong in parts of Europe and Australasia. 4 More Answers

NanaWall's doors and windows will meet current Title24 Standards for California and surrounding areas. Time should always be spent to verify the heat-gain/loss with a proper Title24 consultant or specialist. This is labeled "Other 3D" when there's no 3D at all? it's 2D pictures and a 2D PDF. Incredibly misleading.

Hi Leland, Thank you for letting us know there is a mislabeled object. I have done a search for "level 2 electrical vehicle charging station" as tagged in your question, but I can't find any objects with this name. Would you be able to share the link to the object so I can change the category from 3D to 2D?

The question is impossible to answer without knowing more about the design of the bridge. There is almost no such thing as a pre-made bridge (except maybe in the military.) Every bridge is unique. Michael, Architect

If you are in a work sharing environment, don't lock or pin anything with the possible exception of the structural grid. Armorers created blackened steel in the Renaissance with linseed oil. They heated the steel and applied the oil in much the same fashion described by "grahame-white" above. It probably is a little less toxic than old motor oil, and because it requires multiple applications, allows for a broad color range of "blackening" . 4 More Answers

there are different ways of achieving this. It all depends on what is the purpose of it: You can "hide" a wall or any other element by view. Just select it, right-click, choose "hide in view", then element. You can also demolish the element, or move it to a Phase, or even make it part of a design option. Rachel, Architect

I haven't done this but I have heard that when you buy the actual ArchiCAD the trial version automatically switches to 'full' version and the files you created in the trial version will be converted to your new 'full' ArchiCAD files. But this only works if you are using the same computer for both the trial and full version. Hope that helps! 3 More Answers

Revit prefers native Revit objects. It's best practice to avoid importing from AutoCAD if at all possible. If it's something like an MEP RCP, use link CAD (and consider Current View Only as well) instead of import CAD. If it's a family, you can temporarily import it to Revit to use as reference, but purge it out before loading your family int... 5 More Answers
