I have tried several times over and over again to download the same files without any luck. What is the cause thereof ?
Hi Liz, I have the same issue. Have you tried opening the renamed file? It is a .crdownload file, which is a partially downloaded file, so even if you rename it to .rfa, revit won't open it because it is not a complete file. Could you please re-upload it? Many thanks 1 More Answer

Hi Richard, unfortunately the product you are viewing has no Revit files attached to it. To find products with Revit files, you can do a product search and then find the 'Formats' filter on the left hand side. Zip files instead of single files
I downloaded my first 2 files a bit ago. They were zip files not single files. Is there any way to download a single since Revit will only open a single? I'm new at Revit and maybe someone has a better way to work with this situation? Thanks!
Scott, It was the Bosch appliances. I got the zip part. I use them all the time but I had to open the zip twice to get to the single Revit file that Revit needed. Seems like some items are double/triple wrapped. Thanks for the follow up. 1 More Answer

Hi Sivan, It depends on which device you are using, you can try right-clicking the file and looking for the 'unzip' option. Some devices even let you just double-click it. If those two don't work, try Googling 'unzip on (device)'. I hope that works! 2 More Answers
