Hi Ghazaleh, In the products section you will have to make sure the products have BIM/CAD files (not all brands have files), and if it does there will be a 'Download' section on the right hand side of the product page. All objects in the Community BIM section will have a 'Download' section as well.

hi, unpack the zip files, open the librarymanager in Archicad and put the gsm-file into the embeddedlibrary. than you able to use it as an objekt. str+t for customising. enjoy.
