I have tried several times over and over again to download the same files without any luck. What is the cause thereof ?

Hi Liz, I have the same issue. Have you tried opening the renamed file? It is a .crdownload file, which is a partially downloaded file, so even if you rename it to .rfa, revit won't open it because it is not a complete file. Could you please re-upload it? Many thanks

Hi Percy, I have downloaded the file and once I unzip the file twice it works. You might have to manually change the name of the file though, as there are some words at the end after .rfa that could be causing problems.
