You could try arguing that the 5' dedication is a hardship and that you should be allowed to count that square footage as part of your RFA. your plan checker can grant that depending on why the city wants the 5' dedication. At what point does high-rise construction become too expensive
What I mean is: Is there a certain point in design where for buildings over a certain height the construction cost, start to accelerate ever faster?I've heard anything over 30 floors high, starts to get expensive. Due to construction costs and design that's needed.

hi, unpack the zip files, open the librarymanager in Archicad and put the gsm-file into the embeddedlibrary. than you able to use it as an objekt. str+t for customising. enjoy.
