There are no 3D object files to download
This is labeled "Other 3D" when there's no 3D at all? it's 2D pictures and a 2D PDF. Incredibly misleading.

To download, click the products you saved in your project and click download. you need to go to the individual product page to download. Some products might not have bim/cad files... 2 More Answers

How can we get more information with respect to ventilation layout and not just materials used ?

Hi Richard, Most of our objects are password protected to avoid errors when the user tries to directly open the object file. You can load object into the project library and use it in the project normally without opening it. You can change the settings through the object interface settings as well. Hi Gordon, we have it set so that files are downloaded to your default Downloads folder. However, I will pass on your feedback to our dev department and we can look into the option of letting users choose the folder.
Can Quiet Qurl be used in a radiant gypsum underlayment floor?
Gypsum underlayment will have radiant tubes in it. How does the heat from the tubes affect Quiet Qurl if the tubes are sitting directly above the mat?

Hi Percy, not every product has BIM/CAD files, so first you have to make sure the product you are looking at has the right files available. The easiest way to find products with the right files is to do a search and then use the 'Formats' filter to tick the relevant file formats.
