If there is a Downloads section on the right then you can download them, but not all products have BIM/CAD files so if there is no Downloads section on a product page unfortunately that one does not have any files attached to it. Why can users not specify where they download to?
Hi Gordon, we have it set so that files are downloaded to your default Downloads folder. However, I will pass on your feedback to our dev department and we can look into the option of letting users choose the folder.

I like it - at least from what I've seen in the renders.. Coupled with the new train terminal which is also under contraction, that pic elf the San Francisco financial district will be looking very sharp.
What the best green roof product
I'm designing a new residential project in california, and want to have a green roof on top of it.I'm having trouble finding information and feedback, on which product(s) are best and won't leak over time (obviously me and my client's biggest fair).
There are a variety of green roofing products available with varied prices, ranging from reclaimed wood shingles to plastic ones so the best products would depend on the design and location of the house. There are no 3D object files to download
This is labeled "Other 3D" when there's no 3D at all? it's 2D pictures and a 2D PDF. Incredibly misleading.
