Hi Jose, I have just had a look at the product that was in your folder and this manufacturer doesn't supply BIM/CAD files for its products. Unfortunately that means there is nothing to download.
If you want to only see products that have the right files, you can do a search and use the 'Formats' filter. For example, here is a blank search that will show you all products with Revit files: https://www.modlar.com/search/products/format--revit/
