Updating Build Qatar Live 2012: Awards, Teams and Judges

Since our last post about the new openBIM event, Build Qatar Live 2012, some new announcements have been made.



Awards Announced



5 award were announced, on the Build Qatar Live 2012 website you will find the criteria for each of the awards:

• The openBIM Build Qatar Live 2012 Award

• Best use of BIM for Design, Drama and Excitement

• Best Multi-disciplinary BIM & use of Interoperability

• Best use of BIM for sustainability or constructability

• Judges Discretionary Awards

Teams Already Registered



There are currently already 10 teams listed. Over 20 teams competed in 2012 Build London Live, so sign up now as there is still time!



New Judge



Martyn Horne is the new judge on the panel, who is heavily involved in the BIM community.



Survey



buildingSMART are looking for people to fill out their 2^nd BIM survey, there are prizes available to be won so check out the Build Qatar Live website for more information.
