- 10 years of experience in planning, designing, detailing and coordinating with multi disciplinary teams and executing of projects.
-Create presentation materials for client meetings.
-The implementation of any design changes in accordance with the project requirements.
- preparation of Pre-design documents, zoning and planning issues and tracking project performance (Landscaping, Safety & Security).
- Great familiarity with Building Codes- laws & other regulatory frame work.
-Facilitating multi-disciplinary coordination (architectural and engineering services)
- Experience in Multi-use complex, Hotels & Educational building.
- Experience and familiarity with Green Building and Sustainability principles.
-Participating in the architectural design of new proposed design for Residential and office Spaces
