It should be a dwg file and not revit right?

Hi Fe, thank you for flagging that issue. I am getting our expert to have a look at it now.

It is an rfa but the file inside is a dwg. So it is no a revit family. Dwg files inside of rfa files can be very problematic for large rvt files.

Hi Fe, I have just downloaded the file and it looks like an rfa, so I think it is labelled correctly as Revit.
