I have saved some of the files in my folder but I can't get to download most of the files I have saved in my folder.

Hi Percy, not every product has BIM/CAD files, so first you have to make sure the product you are looking at has the right files available. The easiest way to find products with the right files is to do a search and then use the 'Formats' filter to tick the relevant file formats. You can search for a particular product or even do a blank search like this: https://www.modlar.com/search and then tick the format on the left hand side. Let me know if you need any more info.
