-Management and leadership skills to deliver projects on time and budget.
-Extensive experience in developing feasibility study report, conceptual design, design development, construction drawing and tender drawings.
-Ability to review and interpret site plans, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
-Two years experience in a construction site as a construction coordinator.
-Familiar with regulations for Building Code analysis.
-Knowledge of developing detail design and construction drawings.
-Ability to coordinate with sub-consultant and contractors.
-Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work independently under pressure.
-Excellent administration skills and strength in oral and written communications.
