Perlick Dual Zone Back Bar Refrigerated Cabinets feature two separate temperature zones making them perfect for storing and dispensing a varied selection of wine and/or beer. With a digitally controlled range of 40°-65° F, you can choose one temperature for red wine and another for white - or one temperature for craft beers and another for light beers. What makes the DZS Series industry exclusive? It was specifically designed to fit under a typical bar and features side-mounted refrigeration to reduce cabinet depth. Perlick's Dual Zone Back Bar Refrigeration series offers two options - A 60" model (DZS60), which may be configured with any combination of solid or glass doors as well as with Perlick's industry exclusive wine drawers and a newly-introduced 36" (DZS36) model to allow bar operators to enjoy the benefit of dual temperature zones even when space is limited.
