New Lab Co-Working Space

This space was thought for tech-entrepreneurs, ranging from developers and designers to engineers working in robotics. The co-working spaces are built inside a pre-existent structure on the docks, which used to be a shipbuilding compound, and are arranged by the rhythm of the metal trusses and pillars that compose the husk.

The project mixes private office spaces, communal areas, and interior congregating areas, to emphasize the balance between integrated working and the need for isolation. The architectural aesthetics of the project are influenced by the futuristic nature of the work taking place inside the building and the raw industrial structure of the existing building.
