The white oak wrapped lobby spans 6,000 square feet, forming the primary arrival space for residents and guests. The interior references the historic Dime Savings Bank next door while introducing a warm residential character.

Amenity spaces span 17,000 square feet across the seventh and eighth floors of the tower, introducing a range of social and recreational spaces.

Completed in 2023 as an extension of the restored landmarked Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn building, the amenity and lobby interiors of The Brooklyn Tower were designed by Woods Bagot in collaboration with SHoP Architects.

Curvilinear canopies connect disparate program elements, creating a flowing pathway across the site and bringing visual continuity. 

By preserving a mature mango tree at the property entrance, the design demonstrates respect for existing site conditions and landscape. The canopy curves shift accordingly to protect this natural anchor.

From day to night, the building's colorful canopies act as dynamic canvases that appear to shift in hue from different angles and in changing light conditions.

Mid‑level floors contain workshops, studios, and teaching spaces while upper levels house communal areas, drawing studios, and terraces.

At the core of the building is a central 'heart' housing vertical circulation, lifts, and services. Around this, generous stairways and open spaces encourage interaction and wayfinding.
