I downloaded and upgraded the family to R24. I was able to load it in my model, however when trying to placing it in a the model, drop it on the floor of a room, it's not getting placed anywhere. I have Generic Model turned on in graphic overrides. It seems like I can't place it anywhere. I can select the family from the CM(component) category, hover with it around the model, but can't drop it anywhere. Sorry for overexplaining.

We use Revit with Enscape, so we need to be able to download the seamless texture for the image to have the correct colouring

I've been continuously looking for the Roseburg redi-shelves, but cannot find them. My contractor put the shelves in my pantry, but didn't add an additional section as I asked. I need to find one order three shelves, but cannot find any place that sells them. I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue.
