Precast concrete ring manhole. The 2d symbol is flexible you can control pen colours, text size and how much of the manhole you want to display.
The 3d model is very simplified but good enough for axonometric diagrams for Building Control. If you use the gravity tool the manhole will insert it's self with the cover flush with a slab or mesh as the case maybe.
