Our standard doors are 14 gauge 2x6 thermally broken frames and panels with 5/8" scrollwork and independently operating glass frames for air flow and easy cleaning. All frames and panels are foam injected for maximum insulation. Industry standard compression weather stripping is used on the door panels and operable window frames to insure a tight seal at all openings. Every door is finished with e-coat and powder coat paint finish for the highest quality durability and appearance which sets our doors apart from every other iron door available on the market today. All scrollwork is hand forged to fit each individual door making no two doors exactly alike. Each door can be further customized by our selection of Flemish and Cotswold glass for the windows in your door. With one of our custom iron doors you are guaranteed to have a quality product that is unique to your specific home!
Thermal Break
All of our doors are constructed using our patented thermal break to allow for optimal performance in hot and cold weather climates. The thermal break consists of an exterior and interior door panel separated by a thermal gasket. In addition to this system the door panels themselves are injected with a closed cell polyurethane foam.
