Why am I missing the relevant .jpg texture files from a revit model that I have downloaded?

Elena
After downloading and extracting the revit family, I import it into my revit project, and when I try to render, I find the furniture is just white instead of the texture it is supposed to be. I open the material browser and find that the texture is missing its required .jpg file. Why is this and how can I solve this issue?

Hi Elena. Can I recommend you check the downloaded zip for a separate texture file. Thanks.

Hi Liz, thank you.
I should note that I found the website of the manufacturer and I downloaded the relevant jpg file. However, when I use that jpg file as the render appearance for the sofa, it doesn't show up in the render (still white) - and yes I ticked the box 'use render appearance'. Do you know why this is the case?

Hi Elena,
I will get in touch with the manufacturer to see if they have an updated file for us.
