Project Acquisition Cost
on Average How much does a firm/architect spend for acquiring projects? These may include events, promotions, newsletters,yellow-pages and online listings, competitions etc. I know it will vary from project to project. But whats a safe ballpark assumption? 2.5%- 5% of architect fee? 10%? Or is it negligible,? and projects are acquired purely through referrals?
