How do I make a seawall using the sheet pile elements downloaded from this site

I was hoping there was a way to use the element to create a wall type/family. I know I can copy/rotate/mirror the individual part and make them whatever length they need to be, but that the tedious way I used to do it in AutoCAD. And I don't know if the wall created this way is smart or dumb.
