Hi Pankaj, I am not getting the same problem as you with Chrome, could you send me the link to the product/object you are trying to download? And have you tried opening the rfa file directly in the Revit software?

Hi Pankaj, usually the files automatically download to your Downloads folder. Could you let me know what type of device you are using (Mac/PC/tablet/phone) and also which browser, so we can have a look at what might be causing the problem?
