I am RIAS Chartered Architect.
Since 2004 I have been a Sole Trader Architect for the public and private client within the Property and Construction sector and on Environmental Protection projects.
In 2010 I moved to Scotland where I worked as a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Designer for the University of Edinburgh on a research project for "the validation and evaluation of virtual simulation scenarios (VSS) for training and educating veterinary students" and then as a contractor for the production of customised VSS scenarios by the use of the Graphisoft ArchiCAD software.
Later in 2012 I joined the Scottish Government where I worked as a GIS Digitizer in the FIS Team at the Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate (RPID).
I am currently managing director at SEGUINO&CO LIMITED providing professional BIM / GIS / ICT services to the private and public client.
