For those of you who read my blog post a few weeks ago about the new http://www.modlar.com/blog/porsche-design-tower-modeled-using-bimx/" target="_blank">Porsche Design Tower and were fascinated, just like me, about the sheer creation of such a building, I decided to post a little more about it. The video below talks about the http://www.modlar.com/blog/porsche-design-tower-modeled-using-bimx/" target="_blank">Porsche Design Tower (which has been designed with BIM) with its developer, Gil Dezer.
What makes this design so different from others is that car elevator will allow drivers to stay seated while they are transported with their car to their suites car park, which surprisingly is also a focal feature in the apartment, as it allows the owners to see their cars through a glass window in their living room!
Probably the most amazing building that will ever be built , direct from the mouth of the developer, so maybe the whooping US$9 million price tag for some apartments isn't so bad? But, really, what do you expect for a car elevator and a private pool on your deck!
