Porsche Design Tower Designed Using BIM

  • Porsche Design Tower Designed Using BIM
Here's an exciting building in the works. The Porsche Design Tower is being designed and modelled using BIM (Building Information Modelling) software, more specifically they are using Graphisofts ArchiCAD and BIMx viewer.

The 57 story luxury building will feature units from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet, some units having a duplex layout and some even sporting their own swimming pools! Even more unique is the robotic parking system that parks owners cars in sky garages, located next to their units!

Graphisoft is holding an online seminar about how BIMx is being used to model the Porsche Design Tower. To find out more see http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/webinars.html

Really great to see showcases like this using BIM software!
