BIMstop has had a very successful year so far and is looking to grow its team further. We've always set out to build a great company, in what we see as a very exciting industry. To achieve that we've focussed on hiring the best and most motivated people we could find.

We currently have two new roles opening up at our San Francisco office, if you or a friend is motivated and looking for a new challenge maybe one of these roles would be a great fit:

Current roles:

VP of Sales (USA):

BIMstop is a startup rapidly growing its customer base in the USA market. The company works with building product manufacturers to help increase their product specifications and sales by integrating them into the software used by architects.

Customers acquired to date are Tier 1 brands also providing warm leads and introductions into further opportunities. Our current salesforce has done a fantastic job of establishing the beach head and we are now looking to appoint a Sales Leader to build out our capability and manage sales growth.

This role will be suited for someone with a solid track record in sales management in a lean fast paced environment. Strong data driven sales process / CRM usage is already in place and you will lead the the direct sales team and expand Inside Sales capability.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated Sales Management and Leadership Ability ideally in software / web sales environments
  • Experience at managing and growing a data driven mainly inside sales team
  • Experience with web based tools
  • Experience and network in the architecture and construction sector
  • A high level of motivation and great people skills

The role will include:

  • Direct responsibility for achieving the companys sales goals and targets
  • All day to day sales operations and running of the companys sales activities
  • Hiring of new salespeople and support staff (the company aims to hire 5 additional sales people over the next 12 months)
  • Using a data driven approach to the sales operation and growth
  • Experience with web based CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and insightsquared.com
  • Planning and refinement of the companys sales process and strategy.
  • Organizing of on going training for the sales team
  • Working with the head of marketing and CEO to further refine the company's lead generation programs

Marketing Leader:

We're looking for an experienced marketer who can take our startup to the next level of efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, brand awareness / positioning and customer satisfaction.

The role will work closely with the executive team based in San Francisco and build a marketing capability that will support sales through primarily web based demand generation, identify and create relevant content and brand positioning for high potential markets and ensure the company is clearly identifiable as a leader in it's market.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience with managing and nurturing a growing marketing team
  • Experience at taking a data driven "growth hacking" approach to modern marketing.
  • Experience and network in the architecture and construction sector
  • A high level of motivation and great people skills

The role will include:

  • Direct responsibility of hitting the company's marketing goals
  • All day to day marketing operations and running of the company's marketing activities
  • Hiring of new marketing staff (the company currently has two marketing staff)
  • Using a data driven approach to the marketing operation and growth
  • Experience with web based tools such as Marketo.com, Hubspot.com and WordPress
  • Planning and refinement of the company's marketing process and strategy, with a focus on measurable and data driven strategy
  • Integrating our product into the marketing of our clients
  • Driving growth in new user sign ups and engagement
  • Working with the head of sales, CEO and customers to further refine the company's demand generation programs

The role will be based from our office in SOMA district, San Francisco
